Wonderful
We were travelling with my 6 year old daughter. The lady on reception moved us to a room with a bunk bed close to the leisure centre. My daughter was delighted!

What was the highlight of Greenhills Hotel Limerick
Tony and the ladies in the restaurant were great fun while professional and extremely efficient.
The restaurant manager Tony was so welcoming and friendly along with the girls who served dinner in the restaurant. On arrival the gentleman on reception was also very warm and welcoming.
There was a smart comment made to me by the bar man, and I wasn't impressed. With that said the other staffs friendless and intersections were exceptional.

Big rooms, we will come again
Room was big enough for 4 people, comfortable beds, friendly staff, enough parking spaces for guest.
Lots of space for improvement. Hairs on the bathroom floor and one dirty towel is not something that should be allowed even in a 2 star accommodation. With the prices in the industry at the moment at least basic cleaning should be kept up to standard.

A good hotel with friendly staff. Bring your own bathroom toiletries.
Comfortable large room. I requested a quiet twin room and got it. Staff throughout were very good, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, served hot and as described. Good buffet and coffee. Did not use leisure centre or have dinner.
The lift only goes up one floor; there is a mezzanine with step access, which was difficult for my elderly companion. I don't know if they have disabled rooms on ground. The bathroom was very poorly equipped. Soap only. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion/shower cap/vanity kit. For a 4* this is not good. Bring your own!
